A Wine Club Exclusive Event

An Introduction to Wine with Enologist Bradley Beam
Thursday, January 26, 6-8 PM *RESCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY 2/26/23*

As a small gesture of thanks for your continued support, we’d like to invite wine club members + a guest to join owner/winemaker Brad for a fun, informal introduction to the world of wine. In a previous life, Brad was an instructor of all things wine at the University of Illinois and has modified his previous lectures and workshops into a short but impactful 2-hour activity. This event will cover topics such as:

• The basics of red and white wine production, including a brief tour of the facility

• An introduction to wine sensory analysis (drinking with purpose 😁)

• Basics of wine service, glassware, etc.

• Stump the enologist – open Q&A

• Sneak peeks at future wines
